has worked as manager and specialist at Swedish retailer IKEA since the end of the 80’s – mainly within commercial activities like sales, range, new store establishment and development of concept retailing in more than 20 countries and 5 continents – from Australia to Americas. His main specialties are strategic retail establishment, global retailing and global competitor monitoring.
After more than 20 years in the world’s best retail school (according to Baldvin that is IKEA) Baldvin founded BSGroup Retail Consulting AB in 2010. Today he serves retail clients all over the world and is also a popular guest lecturer on international retailing and strategic management at Copenhagen Business School in Denmark.
