has worked as manager and specialist at Swedish home furnishing retailer IKEA for more than 20 years – mainly within commercial activities like management of sales, range, new store establishment and development of concept retailing in more than 20 countries and 5 continents – from Australia to Americas. His main specialties are strategic retail establishment, global retailing and global competitor monitoring.
After more than 20 years in the world’s best retail school Baldvin founded BSGroup Retail Consulting AB in 2010. Today he serves retail clients all over the world and is also a popular guest lecturer on international retailing and strategic management at Copenhagen Business School in Denmark.
As the Managing Director Baldvin likes to inspire the team of managers and co-workers to think like the clients and understand their challenges – we are finding solutions to our customers – for retailers by retailers.

has worked with retailing for more than 25 years, the majority of them within IKEA. His retail career has taken him on a journey around the world and he has lived and worked as manager in different countries like Austria and China. Geir’s specialities are commercial build-ups and project leading. He has also long experience from the food and beverage business.
After a long career at IKEA Geir founded Texo Works AB a company specialised in retail establishment e.g. commercial build-ups and remodeling of new and existing showrooms and stores.
Geir likes to be where the action is and is frequently leading the projects on site, as close to the good people as possible!
